By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In the event you refuse to consent to this Privacy Policy, please cease using our Services immediately.

Personal Information could be as simple and direct as your name, but it could also be less explicit like how a certain individual interacted with a website or an advertisement.

Our Site is used for informational purposes. Accordingly, we only collect Personal Information when you provide it to us for a specified reason. For example, on our Site, you may contact us by providing us your first and last name, email, phone number, and any other Personal Information you provide us. You may also contact us through phone, email, the website, or through Facebook.

We solely use this Personal Information to respond to you. For example, you may call us and ask us to reserve a product for you, or you may even place an order with us by phone. In such examples, we may retain your name and phone number in order to call you when that product is properly reserved or ready to be picked up. In addition, where your name and phone number are placed on an invoice (in the context of cash on delivery sales), we may use the information to help us track the warranty of the product.

Please note that we automatically collect the following Personal Information from you: your IP address, your visits to the website, traffic data, and other communication data, connection information, and the information regarding your computer or other device used to access our Site. We use this Personal Information when we leverage our Site’s cookies (See our Cookies section below for more details)

  1. Children’s Policy

Our Services are meant for adults and is not meant for minors. We do not knowingly collect or retain any Personal Information about visitors under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete thatinformation from our database and all other media.

Where we are legally required to do so, and if we engage in sending marketing communications, we ask you for your prior consent before providing you with promotional information (referred to as commercial electronic messages, or “CEMs”).   1. Third-Party Technology (e.g., reCAPTCHA and Facebook Plugin)

We use Google’s reCAPTCHA tool from Google Inc. to help us separate real people from potentially harmful spam software. To perform this function, Google, through the reCAPTCHA tool, collects and uses your Personal Information.

Our Site also uses the Facebook social media plugins (“Plugins”). This Plugin is offered by Meta Platforms, Inc. If you are logged into Facebook, it may record your visit to our Site. In addition, if you interact with the Plugin, your Personal Information may be directly transmitted to Facebook.

However, neither reCAPTCHA’s nor the Plugin’s collection and use of your Personal Information is covered by this Privacy Policy. For more information, please consult the respective social media company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  1. Site Usage Information

This Site gathers traffic patterns, usage information, and other aggregated data in order to evaluate our visitors’ preferences and the effectiveness of our Site. This aggregate usage data does not identify you individually. We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics about visitors to our Site with others outside our company, or we may allow third parties to collect aggregate data through our Site.

  1. How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell Personal Information, and we will not share your Personal Information, except:

  1. to third parties performing clearly defined processing functions on behalf of us (such as analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, or verifying data provided by you);

In addition, since we do not collect information from visitors who are under 13 years old, no such information is disclosed to third parties.

We may create de-identified or anonymized data from Personal Information that you provide to us by excluding data components (such as your name or email address) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. Anonymized data is no longer considered Personal Information and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

The disclosure of information will be provided at a minimal or no cost to you. The cost will be directly proportional to how large your request is. We reserve the right to decline your request where the information requested:

In addition, we reserve the right to decline your request if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we quote you a reasonable fee for responding to your request, but you refuse to pay that fee. Lastly, we will not disclose your Personal Information where applicable law would bar such disclosure.
